A postpartum doula is a woman who assists a new mother and family in their home following the birth of a baby.

My goal as a postpartum doula is to nurture the new mother and family. I offer practical, physical and emotional support for the mother, the baby and the household in order to enable a mother to bond with her baby and to help create a restful atmosphere in the home.
